Shipping
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant shipment delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Domestic shipping rates and delivery estimates
- USPS First Class: free shipping on orders over $75; Estimated
Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates above. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is available only for delivery addresses within the continental United States; prices vary by location. UPS rates are at the current market rate.

Returns & refunds
Our return window is 14 days. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging with all tags. Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
You will be issued a return authorization number. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once the returned item is received and accepted, your original payment method will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
